Ohana BBQ: a fast site, built for phones, for a Hawaiian BBQ food truck. Home with a photo menu, a catering page with a quote form, and a weekly truck schedule with maps.
I wanted a site where first time customers wouldn't get confused, and that's exactly what I got. Our schedule updates on its own, the catering page walks people through packages step by step, and our real food photos look clean and professional. Every change got shown to me first before it went live. It's fast, simple, and it looks like us.

Package details
Mesa ($700): 1 page (everything on one scroll) with your info, photos, hours and a contact form. Made for phones first, live on your own web address. 1 round of changes.
Canyon ($1,400): up to 3 pages. Everything in Mesa, plus a menu or services page with photos, a schedule or location page, a quote request form, and Google setup (showing up on Google and your Maps listing). 2 rounds of changes.
Summit ($2,500): up to 5 pages. Everything in Canyon, plus online booking or ordering (customers book or buy right on your site). 3 rounds of changes, and your requests handled first.

The fine print
Plain English, no surprises. The same terms are in the short agreement you sign.

- What's included. Pages: Mesa 1, Canyon up to 3, Summit up to 5. Online booking or ordering is Summit only. Rounds of changes: Mesa 1, Canyon 2, Summit 3.
- Payment. 50% to start, 50% before launch. Square invoices only. I'll never ask you to pay another way.
- Deposit. It can't be refunded once work starts.
- Launch. Nothing goes live until you've paid in full.
- Changes. Anything extra gets a price first. Extra pages are $125 each.
- Your content. You send it, and you must have the right to use it.
- Delays. No reply for 30+ days pauses the project. Restarting costs $100.
- Ownership. Paid in full, the site is yours. I may show it in my portfolio.
- Care plan. Optional. $50/mo, cancel anytime.
How it works
- 01 Say hi. Send a message, then we have a quick, free 15-minute call.
- 02 Sign and pay half. A short agreement and a 50% Square invoice save your spot.
- 03 Send your stuff, I build. You send logo, photos and info. I build it, you look it over and ask for changes.
- 04 Pay the rest, go live. Happy with it? Pay the other half and your site goes live.
FAQ
How long does it take?
Usually 1–3 weeks. It goes faster when you send your photos and info quickly.
Do I need a domain (web address)?
You'll need one, but you don't need it yet. I'll help you pick and buy one (usually about $10–20 a year), or we'll use the one you have.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo (if you have one), some photos, your services or menu with prices, hours and contact info. I'll send a simple checklist.
Do I need to write the words?
No. Send what you have and I'll help write it.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Small changes are $50 each, or included in the $50/mo care plan (hours, prices, photos, specials).
Who owns the site?
You do. Once it's paid for, the site, the words and the web address are yours.
How does payment work?
Half up front to start, half when you're happy with it, before it goes live. Pay by card or bank through a Square invoice.
